- Applicants should hold an upper second-class honours degree or the equivalent from an international institution. 申请人应持有二等一级荣誉学位或国际院校颁发的同等学位。 Consideration will also be given to mature applicants with substantial work experience in radio and/or television journalism. 对于在广播和/或电视新闻领域有丰富工作经验的成熟申请人，也会予以考虑。
