- You should have a lower second-class (2.2) honours (or equivalent) degree in politics, the social sciences, humanities or law. 你应拥有政治学、社会科学、人文科学或法学专业的二等二级荣誉学位（或同等学历）。 However, we also welcome applications from those with substantial experience in human rights organisations, NGOs, social services, journalism and other related sectors. 不过，我们也欢迎在人权组织、非政府组织、社会服务机构、新闻媒体及其他相关领域有丰富经验的人士申请。
