- Applicants should hold an upper second class honours degree or the equivalent from an internationally recognised institution. 申请人应持有国际认可机构颁发的二等一级荣誉学位或同等学历。 Consideration will also be given to mature applicants with substantial work experience in radio and/or television journalism. 对于在广播和/或电视新闻领域有丰富工作经验的大龄申请人，也会予以考虑。
