- We require a 2:2 degree in Architectural Engineering (or similar design-related discipline such as Architectural Technology, Architecture, Construction Project Management, Building Surveying, Quantity Surveying among others). 我们要求申请人拥有建筑工程专业二等二级荣誉学位（或类似的设计相关学科，如建筑技术、建筑学、建设工程项目管理、建筑测量、工料测量等）。 Alternatively, the course also welcomes applications from professionals with substantial experience in industry. 此外，本课程也欢迎具有丰富行业经验的专业人士申请。 We also require suitable references from previous academic institutions and/or employers. 我们还要求申请人提供来自之前就读院校和/或雇主的合适推荐信。 English Language Requirement equivalent to 6.5 IELTS with a minimum 5.5 in all four components for International applicants. 国际申请人的英语语言要求相当于雅思总成绩6.5分，且四个单项成绩均不低于5.5分。
