- You need a UK honours degree (2.2 or above) and have several years’ experience in at least two schools. 你需要拥有英国荣誉学位（二级二等及以上），并在至少两所学校有多年工作经验。 You must have worked as an unqualified class teacher in two different key stages. 你必须曾在两个不同的关键阶段担任过未获资质的班主任。 You must also have GCSE Maths and English at grade 4/C or above (and for primary teachers, you need a GCSE in a science subject). 你还必须在普通中等教育证书考试（GCSE）中数学和英语达到4/C级或以上（对于小学教师，还需要在一门科学科目上取得GCSE成绩）。
