该博士专业结合了授课模块与在AU教职员工监督下进行的研究。授课模块如“研究人员的领导力”使学生能够反思自己的职业经历，并将其应用于研究环境，同时聚焦定量和定性研究方法的模块为学生提供了收集与分析数据所需的技能。（This DProf programme combines taught modules with research conducted by students under the supervision of AU staff who have expertise in the topic of study. Taught modules such as ‘Leadership for Researchers’ allow students to reflect on their own professional experience which can then be applied to research settings, while modules focusing on quantitative and qualitative research methods provide students with the skills required to collect and analyse data.）
