Through flexible study options, this course will prepare you for the management of people and human resources in a global context. You will gain the relevant knowledge and skills to become an effective line manager or HR professional and meet the needs of today’s rapidly changing organisations.Throughout this course you will consider issues such as pay and reward, leadership, learning and development and ethics as well as looking at how changing business contexts impact upon the management of people. The course also takes a look at how HR should contribute to the strategic development of the organisation and how to be an effective HR professional.

- 入学条件
- Applicants normally hold a 2:2 undergraduate honours degree or its equivalent in any subject discipline.Applicants with a lower degree classification and / or relevant work experience will be considered on a case by case basis. ENGLISH LANGUAGE REQUIREMENTSApplicants whose first language is not English should have an IELTS of 6.5 overall, with no component lower than 5.5, or an equivalent.

- A good honours degree in a relevant subject. Applicants with a degree or degree equivalent qualification and relevant work experience at a suitable level within an organisation for an appropriate length of time may be considered, as may qualifications from an approved professional body. All applications must be accompanied by a Personal Assessment Form. This is a supplementary part of the selection process. IELTS 6.5
