本课程旨在培养你成为一名创造性和创新性的小学教师，能够教授5至11岁儿童。课程在最新的研究和理论基础上，使你能够教授关键阶段1和阶段2。课程结束时，你将获得推荐的教师资格证，并获得60个硕士学分，以便你将来继续深造。（This course will develop you into a creative and innovative teacher of primary aged children (children aged 5 to 11). Underpinned by up-to-date research and theory, this course will enable you to teach both Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2. At the end of the course, you will be recommended for QTS and will also have studied for 60 credits at Master’s level, contributing to a full Master’s degree in the future if you wish to continue your studies.）

- You must hold an honours degree from a UK University (or recognised equivalent) and the classification should be a 2:2 or above. 你必须持有英国大学的荣誉学位（或被认可的同等学历），且学位等级应为二等二级或以上。 You will need to have GCSE passes at grade C/4 in mathematics, English language or English Literature and science, or recognised equivalent before the start of the course. 在课程开始前，你需要在普通中等教育证书考试（GCSE）中，数学、英语语言或英语文学以及科学科目达到C/4等级或被认可的同等成绩。 You will be interviewed, and you will need to undertake Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS), and health checks. 你将接受面试，并且需要进行披露与禁止服务（DBS）检查和健康检查。

Any work to address shortfalls in English and mathematics must be undertaken by the trainee teacher in addition to other aspects of their training. It is the trainee’s responsibility to secure Fundamental English and mathematics, whereas responsibility for assurance lies with the provider.
