- You need to provide evidence of at least two years experience in a community education or related setting and must be employed in a paid or voluntary capacity for a minimum of 20 hours per week for the duration of the course. 你需要提供在社区教育或相关领域至少两年工作经验的证明，并且在课程期间，每周必须有至少20小时的有偿或志愿工作。 You must also gain the consent of your employer to join the course and must identify a suitably qualified Mentor to support you. 你还必须获得雇主的同意才能参加该课程，并且必须找到一位具备相应资质的导师来支持你。
