本硕士课程旨在为希望在英格兰和威尔士作为律师执业的学生提供必要的技能和知识，结合法律实践课程的第一和第二阶段，帮助学生顺利通过传统的培训合同或新设立的合格律师考试（SQE）路径进行资格认证。(This MSc programme aims to equip students with the necessary skills and knowledge to practice as solicitors in England and Wales, incorporating Stages 1 and 2 of the Legal Practice Course, and assisting students to qualify through the traditional training contract or the newly established Solicitors Qualifying Examination pathway.)

入学与成绩要求
- 入学条件
- 至少二等二级荣誉学位（2:2）。具备合格的法律学位，或非法律学位后接法律研究生文凭（GDL），或特许法律行政人员协会（CILEx）6级资格。学生必须修读过以下七门法律课程：宪法与行政法、合同法、衡平法与信托法、欧盟法、土地法（财产法）或侵权法。
