入学条件

You should hold a degree (normally at least Second Class Honours) from a UK university or one of comparable standing, or membership of a recognised professional body whose entry requirements are equivalent to graduate level, and ideally some relevant practical experience. The course is well suited for those with a first degree in geography, economics, a traditional science, a property-related discipline or law. If your first degree and other qualifications are not so well aligned the course team may require further evidence of your ability to study the subject material as deemed appropriate. If your first language is not English you will need an IELTS score of 6.5.

The personal statement is your chance to describe your ambitions, experience, and talents. Write about why you have chosen the course and what makes you suitable for it - any relevant skills, experience or achievements gained from education, work, or other activities. You can type your personal statement into the box below, or copy and paste it from a word-processing document. If you're typing into the box, save your statement regularly as the system will time out after two hours of inactivity. There is a 6,000 character limit for a completed personal statement. But we allow you to enter a maximum of 8,000 at the draft stage - so you can then edit it. You cannot use any formatting in your personal statement, this will automatically be removed. You won't be able to mark your statement as complete until there are 6,000 characters or less. You can preview your statement when it's finished. Please note that the character counts might be different if you are copying and pasting from another tool, different programmes use different character values for some punctuation and non-UK characters. You will not be able to change your personal statement once you have submitted your application.
