本硕士课程旨在培养学生识别、分析和评估企业责任及与商业法、企业治理、可持续发展和人权相关的主要法律规则与原则。课程内容涵盖了企业社会责任的法律方面、环境法和政策、商业中的人权等主题，使学生能够制定适当的响应方案，处理复杂的企业责任相关问题。（This master's program aims to equip students with the tools to identify, analyze and evaluate the main legal rules and principles of corporate responsibility and issues related to ethical business, corporate governance, sustainability, and human rights. The course covers topics including the legal aspects of corporate social responsibility, environmental law and policy, human rights within business, and more, enabling students to develop suitable responses to tackle complex corporate responsibility issues.）

- 法学专业2:2学位，或与法学相关的联合荣誉学位。未持有法学学位但有至少六个月相关专业经验、实习经历，或拥有专业机构颁发的专业资格证书的申请人也可申请并会被考虑。
