该硕士专业旨在培养学生分析多边机构在国际经济关系中的作用，教授公共国际法在国家间及国家与非国家行为者之间的经济关系中的具体应用及相应的理论基础和实践技能。（This LLM programme aims to equip students with the ability to analyze the roles that multilateral institutions play in regulating crucial international economic relations, teaching the theoretical foundations and practical legal skills necessary for understanding specific aspects of public international law concerned with economic relations between states and between states and non-state actors.）

入学与成绩要求
- 入学条件
- 本科法学专业二等一级荣誉学位或以上，或所学学位包含大量法律内容。拥有二等二级荣誉学位的法学毕业生，若同时具备其他法律资质和/或丰富的专业法律经验，也可能符合要求。
- 本科背景要求
- A 2:1 or above at undergraduate level in Law or a degree with substantial law content.Law graduates with a 2:2 honours degree who also have other legal qualifications and/or substantial professional legal experience may also qualify.Non-law graduates with a minimum second class honours degree, that have also obtained a Merit (or 60 per cent) in the Common Professional Examination (CPE) or Graduate Diploma in Law (GDL) recognised by the UK professional bodies, may also qualify. Non-law graduates may also be considered on the basis of exceptional professional experience (of at least five years) in a legal area or an area directly related to their programme of study.Find out more about how to apply for our postgraduate taught courses.
