入学与成绩要求

入学条件

您必须满足攻读第一学位项目的通用入学要求，并持有英语GCSE成绩C或以上（或同等水平）的合格证书。入学要求申请人必须：(a) 拥有英国或爱尔兰大学的法学或相关学科二等荣誉学位或更高学位，或来自国家学术奖委员会、国家教育奖委员会、高等教育和培训奖委员会或其他被认可为同等标准的国家机构的学位；或(ii) 法学领域的本科毕业文凭、本科毕业证书、研究生证书或研究生文凭的同等标准（通常为50%），或经认可的替代资格；或(iii) 相关学科学位，并具备司法救助领域的适当工作/专业经验；或(iv) 具有相当的专业资格；并且(b) 提供英语书面和口语能力的证明（GCSE成绩C或同等水平）；或者，作为(a)(i)或(a)(ii)和/或(b)的替代方案：(c) 在特殊情况下，如果个人拥有丰富的实践经验，可以提交书面证据组合来证明符合毕业生素质要求（包括课程委员会确定的特定学科成果），作为替代入学途径。用于证明毕业生素质的证据不得用于免除课程中的某些模块。

本科背景要求

You must satisfy the General Entry Requirements for admission to a first degree programme, and hold a GCSE pass in English at grade C or above (or equivalent).Admission RequirementsApplicants must:(a) have gained (i) a second class honours degree or better in law or law related discipline from a university of the United Kingdom or the Republic of Ireland, from the Council for National Academic Awards, the National Council for Educational Awards, the Higher Education and Training Awards Council, or from an institution of another country which has been recognised as being of an equivalent standard; or (ii) an equivalent standard (normally 50%) in a Graduate Diploma, Graduate Certificate, Postgraduate Certificate or Postgraduate Diploma in law or an approved alternative qualification; or (iii) a degree in a relevant discipline with appropriate work/professional experience in the field of access to justice; or (iv) a comparable professional qualification; and(b) provide evidence of competence in written and spoken English (GCSE grade C or equivalent); or, as an alternative to (a) (i) or (a) (ii) and/or (b):(c) In exceptional circumstances, where an individual has substantial and significant experiential learning, a portfolio of written evidence demonstrating the meeting of graduate qualities (including subject-specific outcomes, as determined by the Course Committee) may be considered as an alternative entrance route. Evidence used to demonstrate graduate qualities may not be used for exemption against modules within the programme.
